Importance Of Adequate Sleeps

Hello everyone!
I hope your doing well and would enjoying the best days of your life. Without wasting your precious time on reading, lets me share some of my personal ideas regarding to the importance of adequate sleep.

How much adequate amount of sleep is beneficial for good health.

Sleeping is the part of life which is really very important, and important as food. Now how much should we sleep? It depends on the body requirement. But more specifically it depends on age.
1): Children
In case of children, they should get sleep 13-14 hours a day.
2):Teenagers
The youngsters like in the age of 14-25, they should sleep for 9-10 hours a day.
3):Adults
The adults or in the age 25-50 should sleep 8-9 hours a day.
4):Older adults
They should sleep for 6-8 hours a day.

Problems that may cause by lack of sleep.

A person who is really very busy in their work, and don't get a proper sleep,he/she will definitely face so many problems.
1):A person with no proper sleeping would have a high blood pressure.
2):He/She wouldn't be able to make a good decision during trouble.
3):Such person would be in tension and anxiety.
4):The memory of such person would be badly affected.
5):Such person will start fighting with no reason, because of the abnormal secretion of hormones.
So you will face a lot of mentally and physically problems if you not get a proper sleep.

Problems that may cause by excess of sleep.
As I mention sleeping is important as food. But it doesn't mean that you should sleep all the day and night. Because it has a bad impact on your health. In medical world the excessive sleeping is term as Hypersomnia. Now lets discus the problems that will face if you are in hypersomnia.
1):Your body will get laziness all the time and you will feel tiredness.
2):You are going to waste your golden time. So it is really very a big lose if you know.
3):With Hypersomnia, you will not get a proper digestion.
4):Most of the people get headache just after excessive sleep.
5):Hypersomnia affect your growth hormone(GH), and your height will be affected.
So, these were some points and problems that cause by hypersomnia.

CONCLUSION
I will conclude all terms I have written just in few words that for a good health you should sleep 7-8 hours a day.
