Pains are an everyday problem in a way, a common illness that copes many of us with a common discomfort. There is an adage in the world that states that “anybody with a head suffers from headache” but one would care less to know the fact that it is far from the joke. Originally, this widespread problem can have a rather great impact on both our body and mind.

Today, I will share my experience regarding headaches as an active participant in the Healthy Steem community contest initiated by @khursheedanwar. To share my views and experiences about the headaches I would like to make it clear about the challenges that this problem creates and then discuss its possible antidote since it is one of the most common disorders that affects many people.

The primary causes of my headaches are stress, insomnia, and excessive screen time, including phone, computer, and tablet usage. Typically, I experience stress as a result of the multitude of chores I am given each day, leading to intense tension headaches. Similarly, I am concerned about the absence of a regular sleep pattern, which, in my opinion, exacerbates the severity and frequency of my headaches.. In addition to sitting for a long time to carry out duties or engage in hobbies such as gaming, it prolongs the time one spends in front of their computer screen, which puts pressure on the eyes and can provide discomfort. These factors when compounded, offer a recipe for headaches that not only interferes with my business and daily routine, but also the quality of life.

Thus, I have come across several personal strategies that could help with the headache issue. Firstly, I always ensure I take enough water to drink and not neglect to take water all through the day since most of the time, people are involved in some kind of work that leads to them not taking enough water, which causes headache. ‘If I sense that I am about to get a headache, then I avoid displaying screens and have a break for my eyes’. Cove exercises involve the neck and shoulders, and warm feelings are provided for stiff muscles in some cases. The following ways help in avoiding instances of stress, which is one of my major headache causes, practicing of exercises such as deep breathing and mindfulness, taking balanced diets, getting ample sleep, and following a standard sleeping timetable. Porcelain dentures can be painful at times but when other methods fail, I take over-the-counter pain relievers that I do not take often lest I become dependent on them. All of these combined have aided me in handling and lessening my headaches to a certain extent.

Headaches are common, but uncontrolled ones may change our lifestyle. Discovering inflammatory factors including stress, lack of sleep, and screen time is feasible. Hydrating, exercising, meditating, and shutting the eyes may assist manage stiffness. These behaviors are suggested to prevent headaches and manage them if they occur since our bodies will be in full health.

Insomnia, stress, spending hours on the screen, dehydration cause headache. These are also some the things that make me have headache. I take the same steps to relieving headache,except for taking drugs, I don't like drugs, I prefer having enough sleep to it.

You're absolutely correct, excess viewing of screen can cause headache. But I tell you a lot of people ignore this particular cause of headache.
