I bring you greetings from my space, hoping you all are doing great today, it is indeed a beautiful day to participate and keep steeming...all thanks to @suboohi for organizing such an interesting contest for the benefits all , it's indeed a good things to take care of ourselves as expected, inorder to live a healthy life thereafter. I wish us all success
☑️HEARTBURN
Heartburn is a burning pain or discomfort in the upper-chest and mid-chest, involving the neck and throat, caused by acid reflux that may worsen when lying down or bending. So therefore it's adviceable to at least take a work after eating and not just sit on a spot or lying down.
☑️ CAUSES
Causes of heartburn include:
✓ CERTAIN FOOD AND DRINKS:Such as tomatoes, chocolate, coffee, alcohol and fatty or spicy foods mostly triggers heartburn on a daily basis.
✓SMOKING: when there is accumulation of smoke around the chest region it's causes discomfort when breathing and are prompt to develop heart disease, stroke and also lungs cancer
✓STRESS AND ANXIETY: whenever stress and anxiety are involved, you should know very well that one's breath will be affected by all means due to atimes difficulty in breathing.
✓ OVERWEIGHT: Heartburn can be caused by excessive weight in the stomach, and causes other underlying complications.
✓ PREGNANCY:The More the baby keeps growing in the stomach, the more breathing become literally difficult, and again food does not digest well or moves as quickly as it should during pregnancy, so therefore the acid reflux accumulate and causes heartburn.
✓An increase in some types of hormones, such as progesterone and oestrogen etc.
☑️ PREVENTION
prevention of heartburn include:
✓Eat a series of small meals throughout the day rather than a huge lunch of dinner, so that the stomach doesn't go into overdrive.
✓Avoid Spicy and greasy foods cause the can trigger heartburn.
✓Reduce stress,
Stress may increase stomach acids and cause heartburn. Try relaxation techniques such as meditation or yoga.
✓Quit smoking cause it's a good trigger to heartburn
✓Tight-fighting clothes and belts put pressure on the stomach and may cause food to reflux, try and loosen up
✓ Stay upright
lying down can make heartburn worse. Give your body at least three hours to digest food before going to bed.
✓ Excess body fat puts pressure on the stomach. Exercising and eating a healthy balanced diet can help stay in shape
NOTE:And therefore, my advice for us all is, to eat healthy, exercise as much as you can, take a walk after eating to ease digestion and lastly, do not overeat . Thank you everyone for reading through my post and supporting me, i am grateful and I love you all....
