Are you one of those people who likes to exercise daily or how many times a week do you do it and if you don't, tell us why?

Yeah, I’m one of those people who likes to stay active, but I wouldn’t say I’m a hardcore daily exerciser. I try to get some movement in at least a few times a week, though. Whether it’s a brisk walk around the block, chasing after the bus because I’m late (again), or convincing myself that lifting groceries counts as strength training, I manage to squeeze it in.

I mean, let’s be honest—sometimes, the most exercise I get is getting up from the couch to find the remote. But hey, every little bit helps, right? The idea of daily exercise is nice, but life happens, and some days, the best workout is just making it through.

So, if I skip a day or two (or three), I don’t sweat it. After all, balance is key, and laughing at myself is part of the routine!

How much time of the day do you take to do a breathing or relaxation exercise and if you don't, tell us why?

I try to squeeze in some breathing or relaxation during the day, but let's be honest—it often comes down to a few deep breaths before I run to the next thing. I know it's important, but the day can get away from us, especially if life gets busy.

For me, sometimes it is as easy as closing my eyes for a second and acting like I'm sitting on some beach somewhere. Not really meditation; it works in a pinch.

I should do way more, but the best advice on how to relax right now would be to laugh at how very little time I spend doing it.

How important is mental health to you? Have you had any problems with stress, anxiety or depression?

To me, mental health is super important. It's like a VIP guest at the party of life: without it, everything gets a bit messy. I've had more than my share of stress and anxiety, often feeling like I was juggling flaming torches while blindfolded.

Then there's that occasional low mood where everything sounds like a rerun from a bad sitcom. But hey, I'm learning how to deal with it—or talk to my plants for moral support.

Mental health—a bit of a rollercoaster, really, but I do my best to keep my seatbelt on and enjoy the ride.

How much time do you give yourself to be able to harmonize yourself?

I try to give myself a bit of time each day to find my zen, even if it’s just a few minutes. Sometimes, that means grabbing a cup of coffee and pretending the world pauses for me.

Other times, it’s a quick meditation session where I’m more focused on not falling asleep.

It’s all about balance, right? Even if my “harmonizing” often includes a mix of deep breaths and daydreams about tropical vacations.

So, while I’m working on finding my harmony, it’s a journey, and I try to enjoy the little moments of calm along the way.

kind Regards
