Today I want to share some healthy habits and lifestyle choices because this is the main thibh which we adopt in positive way and then we spend a very healthy life with our loved once heere I told you some points which I discuss with you
our diet
We should always remember that we take a very in rich diet which include all protein carbohydrates and hydrated things these things contains food grains vegetables fruit and lean protein

Hydration
We should always take a planty of water we shoukd daily drink 8 to 9 glass of water which we hydrated always and we keep safe from dehydration

exercise
We should take exercise daily in routinethe work and we should take 45 minutes walk daily and keep other exercises we must focus our daily physical activity and other physical matters

proper sleep
We should daily sleep 7 to 8 hours we must focus our sleep time then we keep healthy physically abd mentally healthy proper sleep time is the beet energy booster for our health when we complete our sleep time then we do multiple tasks

We should always adopt the many other thing just like exercise daily or take some relexent pills and take some meditation to control tg
mindfulness our brain
Its our duty to take some relexation of our brain and its our first proritize thst we should engag in different activities which called by joy and sad and some time it bring more excitement
