If we are sick, we will learn in this topic how to take care of our bones and also our teeth, because if we do not take care of our bones, our old age will become a burden on us if human life. In other words, a person can keep his bones strong for 30 years, because after that the bones do not recover. For 30 years, you can keep your bones as strong as you can. There is a lot to be gained and if we talk about how to keep bones strong, then every child today knows that jogging is done in the morning. You should also take special care of your diet and if it is about your teeth, you must brush your teeth twice a day, once in the morning before eating and once at night before going to bed. We also see those who act like young people even in their old age and often I have seen such young people who are tired of their bones even in their youth.

First of all we are going to talk about vitamin D and calcium are very important for our bone health, they keep our bones very strong and maintain their health and secondly they make our immune system very strong. keep so that our body does not get infections. When vitamin D and calcium are deficient, our immunity decreases. Infections in our body can also be more. Now we will talk about what is due to its deficiency. Symptoms may include joint pain, bone pain, early fatigue, and frequent infections in the body.

You can eat liver, fish contains good amount of vitamin D, you can get calcium from the milk and you can take any nutrition as per your doctor's instructions.
