  • Good content bro, as you mentioned that our tissues repair while having deep sleep, it is important for us to complete our sleep to recover our health. Sleeping late night due to watching series and other shows are harmful because it will be causing problems in the next day.
  • About exercise, it is a positive thinking because you maintain your fitness and recover your body. After exercise, your body will feel tiredness so then you will eventually go for sleep.
