As someone who prioritizes health and wellness, I'm confident in my ability to avoid obesity.


In this contest, I'll share valuable insights on obesity, including its definition, how obesity affect our health, and most importantly, effective strategies to get rid of this problem. Let's dive into the details and explore ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle by answering the following questions....

What is a obesity?

To my understanding, obesity is a health condition where a person has too much body fat. This fat accumulated in the body can lead to various health problems, and if not treated or taken care of, it can lead to untimely death. Obesity is often measured by body mass index, (BMI). This body mass index is always used as an indicator to check and confirm if someone is at healthy weight, underweight, overweight, or obese.

How Obesity affects our health?


  • Excessive fat and weight in the body can lead to heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure.

  • Obesity can lead to different cancer, such as breasts and kidney cancer.

  • Obesity can lead to strain on joints and arthritis due to the excess fat and weight.

  • Obesity can make every day's task hard to execute with ease due to fatigue and regular weakness because of fat.

  • Obesity can lead to isolation, because a victim of obesity will find it difficult to socialise like others, Where as leading to isolation.

Some effective ways to get rid of this problem.


Eat healthy:


Always eat healthy food that contains lean protein, healthy fat and most especially unprocessed food like vegetables. When you're cooking grains like rice or beans, it's advisable to apply vegetables like curry leaves, or fruited pumpkin leaves.

Eating more of fresh crabs is classified into healthy eating which can get rid of obesity health issues.


Regular Exercise:


Exercising regularly is another effective way to get rid of obesity. I have a living testimony of this, he was a happy man after dedicating some months at the gymnastics. There are various exercise you can incorporate so as to get rid of obesity.

One of the exercise you can do so as to get of obesity is weight or dumbbells lifting. We all know that engaging ourselves in regular exercise may seems difficult, but knowing the benefit you'll reap from it should push you to exercise to get rid of this health issue (obesity).

Swimming

Another exercise you can do to get rid of obesity is swimming. Though it'll be difficult for an obesity patient to swim, with a good coach, the person will be able to swim as part of exercising, so as to be free from obesity.


Drink enough water:

Most people do take drinking water as a minor thing, not knowing fully well that drinking enough water is crucial for overall health and can play a significant role in weight management and staying fit. Drinking enough water can make a significant difference in how you feel compared to those who don't drink enough water. So, drink as much water as you can.
