My grandfather is 89 and still alive and strong, what i mean by strong is that he can run errands for himself, he's living alone off course. He's Active because of what you just highlighted on your post, talking about why people in the village live longer than us in the city. The trees planted produce good air and air population in such area are scarce. What I've learnt in your post it to grow trees around us because they produce good air for breathing.
