I'm @alli001 from Nigeria, i welcome y'all to my blog🤗

From earliest time, herbal remedies have been used to treat numerous diseases. I did some research from the Bible and i discovered that there's this herbal remedy called The Ebers Papyrus, it was prepared in Egypt about the 16th century B.C.E., and it contains hundreds of folk remedies for various afflictions. Herbs indeed has its benefits.

What is a healthy herb?

Healthy herb are those species of plants that contribute to overall well-being and health when taken into our body system. It's contents contains vitamins A, C and K making it work effectively when consumed in our food, tea, water etc. Herbs that works perfectly for people with mental health, anxiety and depression can be classified as healthy herb.

There's one healthy herb most of all are familiar with, it's called Tumeric. This herbs serves so many purpose that's why most people grind it and apply in their tea everyday. Some families take it as their everyday spice especially when they're cooking rice. The best part of it is that you can consume it both dry and fresh.


What are the Health benefits of herbs
  • Low risk of chronic Disease: So many individuals have high risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes and lots more. Herbs plays an important role here by getting rid of those diseases and reducing its risk.

  • Stress reduction: In life, everybody run helter skelter just to feed themselves, with all these stress herbs is of great function and benefit to one's health because it'll help reduce the stress we're going through daily. Lavender herbs works perfectly for stress reduction.

  • Getting rid of indigestion: Foods sometimes find it difficult to digest before reaching our small intestine intestine, probably due to our busy schedule. Herbs such as garlic and ginger helps and improve digestion because bloating in our body system will be reduced.
What is the best herb to take daily?

Even from the doctor, ginger is the best and recommended herb to take daily. Why? Because it helps in the digestion of foods and also fight against right disease as well as boosting our immune system. When the food we eat digest properly and our immune system at a standard level, we'll have nothing to worry about health that's why ginger is the best herb to take daily.

Health is wealth as the saying goes. Many people pass away even before tasting the nature of wealth because they take and consume herbs without guidance. Though herbs can be very effective, we should approach it with caution and always seek for medical advice and guidance before using them to avoid overdose.

Thank you bro, without caution herbs can turn into a poison as most people claim. My mother is very good in giving herbs as treatment and i follow her guidelines to avoid using herbs overdosed.

Apart from lemon grace, have you tasted agbo before, , its also an healthy herb where you can take daily because its good for boosting mood, stress, and even malaria.
