I hope you are all fine and enjoying your lives as well. I'm also fine with the blessings of Allah.
First of all I'm great full to Mr, @khursheedanwar for organizing the amazing contest.
I was just opened the community and saw the content post that was pinned. It looking very attractive that's why i opened and read it is very interesting contents. That's I'm also taking a part in this contest.

Let's Start.
First of all we need to know what is obesity?
Obesity is when someone has too much body fat. It can happen if you eat unhealthy foods and don't exercise enough.
It can be happen by different factors like genetic, diet, lack of physical exercise , and medical conditions.
Types of obesity?
There are basically two main kinds of obesity.
Apple-shaped and Pear-shaped.
• Apple-shaped obesity, is when you have extra fat around the belly, making it look like an apple.
• Pear-shaped obesity, is when you have extra fat around the hips and thighs, making it look like a pear. It is just about where the extra fat likes to hang out in body.
Which type of obesity could be fatal or harmful ?
Both apple-shaped obesity and pear-shaped obesity can be harmful.
But, having unwanted fat around the belly tends to be more fatal . It can increase the chances of health problems like heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. That's means Apple shaped obesity could be more fatal or harmful.
Are you have any family history of obesity and from which parent it is ?
No i don't have. No one is in our family is obesity victim. The main reason behind this is our daily routine and diet. I belong to a village area. In the village we almost work in fields that is a very good source of exercise that helps us to get relief from obesity. Also we avoid fast food restaurants and hybrid thing like hybrid veg etc.
We grow our organic vegetables for our kitchen. That's why it is healthier then other things. Daily workout and walk is also included in our daily route. That's why I don't have any obesity victim in my family.
This is my first post in this community. I was disappear from steemit. After a long time i just came back and hope your community will support me to grow again in the steemit through your community.
