Heat stroke is the name of a medical condition in which your body temperature becomes too high and due to which your body temperature rises above the normal temperature, causing heat stroke. It is a very dangerous and life-threatening condition that can even lead to the death of the patient. Because it attacks humans, it poses many dangers and the biggest danger is that it can kill you.A stroke usually occurs in the summer, when the body temperature rises above 104 degrees Fahrenheit, causing the patient to convulse, become unconscious, and affect the brain. And the worst condition is that you can die, usually due to sunstroke.
What are the different types of heat stroke?
Yes, there are two types of heat stroke.
Exertional heatstroke:
Non-exertional heatstroke:
Exertional heatstroke:
In these types of heat stroke, the human body succumbs to this substance due to overexertion and it progresses in a few hours.
Non-exertional heatstroke:
This type of hair stroke is not due to exercise but it is due to age as you get older like our elderly people this is more common and they have more chances of developing this disease. and it lasts for several days.
Heat stroke occurs in summer and its symptoms are divided into two major groups, mild symptoms and severe symptoms. These two groups are different. If you are affected, consult a doctor immediately.

Severe Symptoms.
- Fever over 104 degrees.
- Nausea Fast motion Rapid.
- Heart Rate.
- Dry Skin and Sweating.
- Rapid Weight Loss.
- Nausea and Dehydration.
Medical assistance for heat stroke can be given in various ways which are as follows.
1 In order to provide immediate medical assistance to the patient, if such a situation occurs, immediately call the emergency services so that they can be assisted.
2 Move the patient to a shaded area with an air conditioner to keep the patient cool.
3 If wearing extra clothes, remove them to allow air.
4 If the patient is conscious, splash cold water to normalize body temperature.
5 Ventilate the patient immediately and circulate the air around them to increase cross ventilation and make them feel better.
6 Elevate the patient's legs to facilitate circulation.
7 Stay with the patient and take care of everything until medical assistance.
Note:
If your patient is unconscious, do not give him water or sprinkle him with water to cool him down, but wait for medical help and take care of him.

Heatstroke may result from intense weather condition or from the dysfunctionality of some organs in the body. Proper Check up should be done to ascertain the cause of the heatstroke. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
