For our bone to be healthy we must take preventive measures by ensuring we perform regular exercise at least for 30 minutes, eat good food that have high amount of calcium to help you stay fit and walk effectively the way you want. I wish you success

It's true, we know this, but we often lose track of time or are completely lazy to do it, especially when we are in a difficult situation and busy with work, so that we don't have time to fulfill our physical and mental needs.
