Everyone experiences stress to some extent in life.We all go through stress due to work,personal life,challenges and all that.
Stress is an overwhelming feeling caused by worry or a difficult situation one is going through.Join me as we take a look on this contest organized by @edargonzalez.

Do you think that stress leads to certain health problems?

Stress!A six letter words that causes so much harm than it looks.i would definitely say that stress causes health problems.
Stress is a normal part of human life,minimum stress is good to keep us motivated but as the saying goes “too much of everything is bad”,too much stress can cause a whole lot of problems.

We feel stressed when we are under pressure,overwhelmed,when things are not going our way ,facing challenges in life and so on.
Stress cause health problems that even the world health organization speaks on it.Some of the health problems that stress causes are:Depression,malaria,hypertension ,headache,fatigue,insomnia,irritability or anger,so on and so on.

Do you lead a stress-free work or daily life?Explain

I don’t think I live a stress free life.like I said earlier,minimum stress is good to get us motivated,no one actually live a stress free life cause everyone is going through one thing or the other.

I am an apprentice in a fashion shop and I must say that it is not easy to be an apprentice.I feel under pressure most times,always been sent one thing or the other,having so much work to do and all keeps me under pressure.knowing I have to go to work early and all is overwhelming.
I even fell sick last week due to the stress I was undergoing.Stress really leads to irritation and anger,I was mainly getting angry over little issues and just annoyed for no reason.
Even,the current situation of the economy is making people fall under stress which is causing everyone to be annoyed and irritated.

What activity do you do to keep yourself worry free and stress free?

Everyone fall under stress but we all have different ways of keeping ourself stress free and keep our emotions and feelings intact.

I would say music is number one for me.i am a huge lover of music,when I just want to be free or when I’m under stress and I want to feel good I just play some music,Afro music and all that ,listen to my favorite artists and just let loose of all that I am feeling and enjoy my self.
I also love to sleep when I’m stressed,I know it sounds funny that it’s just me.I feel as thou when we sleep we forget everything so instead of drinking to forget everything I just prefer to sleep with away and wake up feeling bright and good to go.
I have so many things that I do ,I watch movies,surf on the internet,talk a walk to see how life is life,I also love to swallow my self in snacks ,just eating.

Explain what situations cause you stress and if you have had or experienced any stressful moments

So many things can lead to stress in one’s life.It might be work problem,family problem,economy,so on and so forth.

Personally,works gives me stress.As an apprentice,it’s never easy I must tell you.you have to be at your best,come to work early,have to put up with a whole lot of things and endure certain world said to you.I’m usually under the pressure ,pressure of doing the wrong thing and being shouted on.
School stress is also there,sometimes during exam period I feel stressed,fear of failing makes me fall under pressure and all that.I am usually stressed most times due to one reason or the other.
Yes ,I have had stressful moments,a whole lot of them I just say.I remember one time in school during exam period,I was so stressed and under pressure that I forgot everything that I read.I didn’t know what to do anymore,I even forgot little spellings like “this”,I began to cry knowing I know the answer but I just forgot it due to stress.It took me an hour to pull my self together to think straight and do the task I was given.

In conclusion stress isn’t something that can really be avoided due to life circumstances,it is a normal aspect of life,but we should limit how we stress so as not to get certain health problems that can endanger our lives.

Wow, a very nice write up. Music is also one my medicine to stay stress-free. Anytime back from work, I play a cool music to calm my nerves and also get a good sleep. Thanks for the invite, good luck 🤗

I do not believe that anyone in life has not experienced stress, since this is a health problem that overwhelms us all, it should be noted that stress is the cause of many serious diseases.It just takes a little patience to handle any situation that comes our way.
Obviously when you are in a new job the pressure and stress overwhelm you.Same when we have an exam at school that generates stress and anxiety.Thank you for your participation I wish you good luck
