Obesity has been a disturbing problem in the society many at times people who are obese try every possible mean to help themselves but the alot of things obstruct them on the way , but worry less I have come to show you some drastic methods to follow in other to achieve good results
- What do you think about Obesity?
Obesity is as a result of excessive fat in the body,
Obesity is caused not just by the excessive intake of calories food although is part of it but it is also caused by other factor, so learning about this factors can help us know how to solve our problem
- Can you tell us 3 things that causes obesity?
Like I said before now it is mostly cause by
excessive intake our food that are very high in calories
It is true that every food or every class of food has its own benefits in the body and the same goes with fat and oil together with carbohydrates foods but every food has its own limits, every food is supposed to be taken in an appropriate proportion
Remember what they say that anything done excessively is not good no matter how appealing it might seem.
Stress
Stress is another factor that can lead to obesity,
When I was a child I do think that stress can only slim someone but studies on obesity proved that stress can also lead to obesityDepression
Depression is also one of the common causes of obesity , when a person is depressed the person might results to excess eating
What are the best ways to prevent obesity
Preventing obesity is better than looking for solutions on how to cure it, all you just have to do is toExcercise regularly
Drink less alcohol but rather drink more of water
eat moderately and in right proportions
Avoid stress rest when necessary
When you very hungry drink some cups of water first before eating to avoid overeating
When depressed consult a doctor to help you rather than taking comfort in food
Study your body and Know the best way to calm your spirit when angry
And must importantly discipline yourself in every time that you do,
With discipline you can achieve your desired goals no matter how hard they seem to be
