Greetings Steemians, I'm here again to share my opinion on this lovely content TITLE heart attack. Thanks to @khursheedanwar for organizing this great content.

Heart attack is also called myocardial infarction, is a blockage of blood flow to the heart muscle, is medical emergency usually occurs when the blood clot blocks blood flow to the heart Which supply oxygen rich blood to the heart muscle.
These blockage prevents blood flow to the part of the heart, leading to damage or of that part of the heart.

What are heart attack major symptoms?
The symptoms of a heart attack can be vary from individual to individual. But the common signs are 👇
✅Cold sweats
✅ fatigue
✅ dizziness
✅ heartburn and indigestion.
✅Shortness of breath.
It is necessary to understand that not everybody experience all of this symptoms, and some people may have atypical symptoms, most especially women. If you or anybody around you is experiencing this these symptoms, it is advisable to seek emergency medical help immediately.

Heart attack can be reduced by making a lifestyle changes and considering risk factors. Below 👇 are few ways to help control your risk of having heart attack.

✅ Quite smoking, vaping or using other tobacco products:
Tobacco products is the most preventable risk factors for heart disease and stroke. Yes, quiting is not easy.

But you have to consider your health, this is one of the most important things you can do in other to protect your heart and blood vessels. When you are using tobacco products please talk to your healthcare provider about how you can stop smoking.

✅ Limit alcoho: you have to limit yourself to 2 drinks per day. Amd make sutre you know how much alcoholic percentage you consume. Because drinking too much can result to blood and heart vessels problem including, heart failure, Atrial fibrillation, and high blood pressure.

✅ Eat heart diet food: make some changes on how you eat. A dietitian can be helpful. Because heart healthy foods give you nutrients that support your heart. Healthy eating plans limit or you can get rid of ingredients that can develop blood pressure or clog your arteries.

Nice post
It's true that the blockage of blood flow in the heart can lead to a damage in a particular part of the heart. But this can be controlled by living an observing a healthy lifestyle, just have you've stated in your post.
