What is inflammation?
Inflammation can be define as the normal part of your response to the infection or injury. It is a process where by the immune system sends white blood cells and others substance to the infected area to help repair damaged tissues and fight off harmful pathogens.
But inflammation that happens when there’s no injury or invader can harm healthy parts of your body and cause a range of chronic diseases.
Inflammation causes?
✅ Acute inflammation is triggered by injury, infection, or exposure to substances, which presents itself as pains, swelling, redness, loss of function, and heat.
✅ Consuming too much calories and being overweight, most especially for those individuals carrying extra pounds around their midsection, leads to greater levels of inflammatory compounds.
✅ environmental factors: this include aspects of your daily life and exposures to toxins, are the culprits behind most cases of chronic inflammation, which can also trigger the inflammation in the body .
✅ Infection: when michrobes like bacterial, fungi, enter the body, the immune system response by triggering inflammation to eliminate the invading pathogens.
How inflammation can treated.?

They are many ways that can help to reduce inflammation in the body. Some methods to treat inflammation are.
✅ physical therapy: Daily exercise and stretching can help to improve flexibility and reduce inflammation in the infected joints or muscles.
✅ topical treatment: Cream, unguent, or patches containing anti-inflammatory medication can be applied directly to the affected area.
✅ Avoid or change activities that aggravate pain.
Ease the pain with pain medications and anti-inflammatory drugs.
Keep the joint movement and muscle strength through physical therapy.
Lower some stress on joints by using braces, splints, or canes as needed.

Acute inflammation and chronic
Inflammation.
Acute Inflammation occured duebto minor injuries and doesn't not last.
But chronic inflammation may persist
It it advisable to treat it properly as it may become a serious case.
Also maintaining a good and healthy lifestyle can help prevent inflammation
