Skin care is essential part of facial rejuvenation. It's includes cosmeceuticals and topical prescription for home use.

Skin health is important at any age. The skin has a very strong collagen and elastin production in the first few decades of life.

One of the most important Way to take care of your skin is by protecting it from the sun.
Why because, a lifetime sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems as well as increases the risk of skin cancer. You can use sunscreen for most complete protection from the sun.

Your skin sheds itself daily, and a major reason why you must sta taking care of your skin, the future skin can be dull with a lot of imperfection if proper care is not taken.
That's why it's important to take care of your skin now to protect your future skin. Because if you neglect taking care of your skin 30 years from now your skin will suffer. So start to take care of your skin now.
Skin prevents loss of moisture, it helps to fight dangerous germs and stop them from getting inside the body .

HOW DOES HYDRATION AFFECT SKIN HEALTH?

Hydration does not affects the skin at all, it helps to improve the skin elasticity, which can reduce the appearance of wrinkles and good lines. Hydrated skin is more prone to sunburn and for of UV damage.

It can also help to control the oil production, reducing the likelihood of breakout. Without you taken adequate water, your skin will appear duller, pores and wrinkles are more prominent.
Proper hydration levels helps the skin to be plump it's elasticity. It's less likely to crack and have irritations and blemishes.

You may not understand it, but hydration is an important protector and regulator of your skin. Skin requires hydration as you age because the barrier function which help the skin to retain moisture can break down due to environmental hazard or lack of water.

WHAT ARE COMMON SKINCARE MISTAKES TO AVOID?.
SLEEPING CARELESSLY: You may have good night cream and bedtime skin regime but is all done in vain if your sleeping environment is superb. Most especially when you are going through hormonal change, like pregnancy. Sleeping on cotton can mar your skin.

NOT CLEANING YOUR CELLPHONE: this is very important but people fail to realize it. Your phone has been into many places, kitchen counters, restaurants table, gyms floors and every inch of your home and public places. Sometimes your cellphone is 5 time dirtier than your toilet seat.

NOT REMOVING MAKE UP BEFORE BED.
Sleeping with makeup overnight is ruining your skin. I will say, it is a worst crime you are commiting against your skin.
It doesn't only clog your pores and and cause pimples, but it also speed up the aging process and leaves your skin exposed to bacterial doing the night.
So to keep your skin looking young and healthy, always wash your skin with cleanser and makeup remover wipes before going to bed.

Yes without being told DIET affects the skin but it's dependable. The skin is your largest organ, so how you eat can significantly affect your skin's health.
What you eat daily can cause your skin to react in difference ways. You may be experiencing inflammation, puffiness and and breakout.

Humans body rely on a balanced diet of water, vegetable, and fruit. If your daily nutrition intake lack of significant food groups, your skin will not get the mineral, vitamin needed to remain moisturizing and plump.

WHAT ARE NATURAL WAYS TO MAINTAIN HEALTHY SKIN?

STOP SMOKING: smoking makes your body looks older than your parents age. And its contribute to wrinkles.
Smoking narrow the tiny blood vessel in the outmost layers of the skin that decreases blood flow and and make your skin paler. And it also displete your skin from oxygen and nutrients which are very important to the skin health.

AVOID USING STRONG SOAP: using strong soap and detergent to bathe can strips oil from your body.

SHAVE CAREFULLY: for your skin to be protected and to lubricate your skin, apply gel or shaving lotion cream before shaving.

LIMIT YOUR BATHE TIME AND AVOID BATHING HOT WATER.: yes hot water and long time shower removes oil from your skin.

So please I huge and advise you all to limit your bathe or shower time and use warm water instead of hot water.
