Hello Steemians! Well come to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by @suboohi in the Healthy Steem community. The topic of this contest is "What do you mean by a balanced diet?" So let's start the task.

What is a Balanced diet?

Actually a diet plan which contains all the essential nutrients and vitamins which are necessary for the normal growth and functioning of a body is called as a balanced diet. Friends the balanced diet is very important for the maintenance and normal growth of a body. The main components of a balanced diet are vitamins, proteins, minerals, iron, dietary fibers and calcium. All these nutrients can be obtained from different resources such as from milk, eggs, fruits and meat etc.

If we uptake all that essential nutrients in an appropriate manner and made them an important part of our diet plan then our died can be consider as a balanced diet. If we stop uptaking and missing one of those nutrients in in our meals then our diet can be consider as a balanced diet. The unbalanced diet may put many adverse effects on the growth and normal functioning of our body and we may suffer in chronic disease such as kidney failures, Heart disease and high blood pressure.

Do you have a balanced diet in your life?

To be honest I don't have a balanced diet in my life. Even though I'm taking all that essential nutrients but my diet is not Balanced. The reason is that I take all that essential nutrients but not in a routine wise manner. Yes sometimes I take a balanced meal but on the next day that pattern scattered due to the unavailable of some nutrients which make a diet balanced. So that is why my diet is not a balanced diet. More ever I mostly eat fresh vegetables and fruits and don't eat from outside.

Do you experience any adverse effects from your unbalanced diet?

Yes I have experienced many adverse effects on my health due to my unbalanced diet. First of all my overall body weight is increasing very slowly. Yes I'm about 20 years old but my body weight is about 50 Kg which is totally unacceptable for me. There somehow I think that is due to my unbalanced diet. More ever when I take my breakfast or lunch at once I feel very much energetic and want to do all types of work.

But after few hours later all these energy disappears and I start feeling laziness and dizziness. Due to this I don't like to do any work. I think the Reason behind that is my unbalanced diet. Because I don't take all the essential nutrients which make a diet balanced and thus I'm experiencing some adverse effects of my unbalanced diet. Due to my unbalanced diet I also have a hair fall problem. I think the main reason behind the hair fall is lack of vitamins and proteins consumption.

What should be added to your daily diet to make it balanced? Share some examples of meals that are balanced.

Yes my diet can be balanced through several ways. As in the above section I have mentioned that I think I need a routine and some arrangements of my diet which can make it balanced. Here I can share three times of my meal in a balanced manner and thus my diet can be balanced.
