Hello Steemians! Well come to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by @suboohi in this Healthy Steem community. The topic of this contest is "Share Effective Tip To Boost Your Immune ". So let's start without any more delay of time.

Human immune system and its role in body

Friends the Allah Almighty has bestowed humans with a special system in their bodies and when any of germs or viruses enters in our body that system fights against them. The name of this system is defense system of humans or immune system. It is called defense system as it has the ability to fight against the invaders like bacteria and harmful viruses thus it keep us away from the viral disease and infections. That system recognize the invaders through a specific mechanism and kills them before damaging our bodies.

Our defense system is composed of special cells and various organs which fight against the invaders. The defense system produces antibodies with the help of special cells called T cells and when the invaders enters the body that antibodies reacts with that specific virus or bacterial cells and destroy them before damaging our bodies. When the immune system of a person remain strong that person remain fit and healthy. But on the other hand when his immune system become weak he falls ill after the short intervals of time.

Tips to boost immune system

Friends as we all know that the health is a great wealth and it is very important for us to maintain a healthy life style to keep ourselves healthy and fit. But almost the criteria of our Healthy life is depends upon our healthy immune system because it save us from several disease and viral infections. So there are some tips through which we can boost our immune system and remain healthy. Let's discuss about them.

  • Maintain a balanced diet: The balanced diet is a very important thing which keeps us mentally and physically fit and also boost our immunity. So we should take a balanced diet which contains all the essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals, proteins and other substances.

  • Regular Exercise: Do exercise regularly and also go for a walk daily so we may remain physical fit and our immunity may also improve. This is because when we do exercise on regular our body takes an active part in every activity and remain fit.

  • Maintain Sleep pattern: Lack of sleep has many negative impacts on our physical and mental health and also it affects immunity. So always maintain a sleep pattern and try to sleep 7-8 hours daily as when we sleep the rebuilding of our body cells occurs and immunity improves as well.

  • Stay Positive: Always try to involved in positive things and always remain positive. Also stay away from negative things which damage your mental peace and disturb your mental health.

  • Stay away from bad habits: Never get involved in bad habits like smoking, drinking, in bad company of friends. This is because it will destroy our health also affect the immune system.
