Hello Steemians! Well come to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest in Healthy Steem community. The topic of this contest is "Mental Health Maintenance Challenge". So let's start the task without any more delay of time.
What daily habits enhance mental resilience? |

Friends as we all know that the brain is the most important part of our body as it works as a control room of our body which control every activity. In this context we can say that our brain is the central processing unit of our body which access the information and then send it towards the whole body with the help of nerves. So same like that if he CPU of a computer is out of order, the computer can't work same like that if we are mentally ill and our brain isn't working properly than we can perform various activities.
In results it is very important for us to maintain our mental health and keep us mentally fit. If our brain is fit and working properly than we can do everything thing right according to our expectations. So in this regard there are some habits which can make ourselves strong both mentally, physically and emotionally as well. Let's have a look at some useful habits.
1. Adequate Sleep:
- Friends it is very important for us to maintain a sleep pattern as when we can't sleep UpTo 6-8 hours than we can't work and unable to take interest in further activities. When we sleep our body relax especially brain and many new cells recovered which make us mentally fit.
2. Regular Exercise:
- The second most important thing for the well Being of mental health is exercise. The people who do exercise on regular basis remain fit both mentally and physically. The reason is that when we do exercise every organ of our body take an active part in it and keep us healthy.
3. Morning Walk:
- Morning walk is also very important for our health as when we wake up and early in the morning and walk bare feet on the ground and green grass provides an intense sensation to our body which refresh our mental health.
How does diet influence mental health? |

Friends as we all know that the diet is a basic need of every living organism as it keep them alive so a balanced diet plays a vital role in maintaining our health and overall well being. The balanced diet is also very important for normal functioning of body Especially for mental health. These the reliance of people on fast foods is increasing day by day and they prefer to eat fast foods instead of natural foods so their consumption is very unhealthy as it causes disease in human. Also the too much intake of fast foods and fatty meals damage the proper functioning of Brain.
So it is very important for us to eat natural foods instead of eating fast foods. We should also drink a plenty of water in whole day after short intervals of time as it keep us hydrated especially in hot summer days. We should also eat the foods which contains minerals, proteins and other useful ingredients. Also eat natural fruits, nuts and vegetables so we may keep ourselves healthy and away from the diseases. The intake of natural foods improve the working of brain and also help us maintaining a healthy life style.
What activities promote emotional balance? |

Yes there are several types of activities which promotes emotional balance in humans. One of those activities is yoga. Yes the yoga puts many positive impacts on our mental health as stretching your arms, sitting in nature and feeling the calmness around us improve our mental peace. Also when we started dealing with anxiety and depression in a positive manner than we get mental peace and emotional balance. Also we should always stay positive and connected with humanity as a small act of kindness can become a source of happiness for us.
