"Importance of Hydration In Summer".
Hi everyone i am fine and I hope that you all will be also fine and would be doing Great work at Steemit .today I am here after a long time during which I didn't write any blog on Steemit.But today I will participate in a contest in the healthy steem community.
The contest is about health and asking what is the importance of water during the summer season i mean the days of very hot. In which there is excessive sweating that goes from our body .therefore the water deficiency occurs in our body. To overcome this deficiency we use water a lot in drinking. So in this contest I will participate by answering some questions.So the quesions are;
Befoe starting the contest I will like totell you all the meaning of hydration .So the word hydration means that to overcome the water that has been went out of the body with drinking of water.

Staying hydrate especially in summer seasonIt is becuase of tworeason which are ;
MORE THIRST :
In the summer season there is very hot around everywhere So there is much warm body .So to overcome the temperature of the body .Drinking much water to vercome the hot temperature of the body and also their is much thirst in summer season.MORE SWEATING :
Their is more sweating in summer season than anyother season becaue their us much hot temperatyre in the summer season.Therefore the bofy is also much warm and therefore their is much sweating of the body to vercome its body temperature therefore syating hydrated is much important because mose of the body water went out by the process of sweating.
QUESTION No : 2
Drinking much water in the Summer season is very essential for our life .But jonestly. i dont drink much water in this Summer season and also dont follow any special routine for drinking water .But drinking much water in this Summer Season is very umportant and also makung a proper routine is much good because it is the besy way if saving tume.Also Drinking much water is most important becasue it overcome the amount of water that has been went out of the body through the process of sweating.
QUESTION No : 3
I like to drink milkshake of mango during the Summer Seasin because this milkshake is very tasty as wll as much cooling and refreshment taste .And it can also fulfil the body requirements which are needed to the body.
And also eating watermelon (Fruit) Us alsi very tasty and is one of my favourite fruiy during the summer season because it can be cool and also very juicy and also very tasty.
And also Dinking juices especially of mando is also verry enjoyable during the Summer season .
QUESTION No : 4
the dehydraton can badly affect our bofy especially during the Summer seasone because of the hot weather for a long time .When your body sweats alot then you body can lead you to water deffiency and uf you not drank the water id will have many illnesses.ou zmy be also feel dizzyness because of dehydration.to overcome dehydration you should drink as much waterr as you can to be hydrated for a long time and so in this way you wll bre also protected from hot temperatre.So therefore you should drink water contnuously to be hydrated.

Do you know that milkshakes are food, just like milk and not drinks?
If we eat fruits, vegetables and meat 70-80% is water same to our body. Soup also contains water like other food we consume like yoghurt. So it depends on the food intake if we have to drink extra.
Also, not everyone sweats and some drink 6 liters water per day and still look dehydrated.
It's hard to tell what is the right amount to drink. Since we don't loose liters per hour I assume a few sips from a bottle of water while walking is therefore enough.
What I do is this:
Do I drink enough? I doubt it if it comes to all the drink advices. One thing is for sure that people who are adviced to drink more but despite this the numbet of dehydrated people increases.
About 50 years and longer ago the fluid intake was not even 1 liter and people felt fine.
Btw: If you drink a lot it harms the kidneys since they are not sieves. So a better food choice is important and nothing that hydrates the body.
