what do you understand by means of bone health
I think that bone health refers to strong bone and bone health is important because bones support the body so if your bones are weak then may be it cause many problems like weak bones can be damaged more than the strong bones and bones also protect our organs so strong bones are important in this case also.

What are the key factors and tips in mantaince of bone health
Some key factors and tips in the maintenance of bone health are :
Calcium-Rich Foods :
Eating foods which has calcium can make your bones strong like milk .
Vitamin D :
Try to get enough sunlight and also eat foods like eggs etc which help your body to absorb calcium.
Regular Exercise :
Try to do exercises like walking and lifting etc which would help to keep your bones strong.
Balanced Diet :
For strong bones there is a need for a balanced diet that contains fruits, vegetables and proteins to give your bones the required nutrients.

The food that helps to keep the bones healthy is Dairy Products which contain Milk and cheese etc because they have large amount of calcium for building strong bones and vegetables like spinach and kale etc because they contains calcium and other nutrients like vitamin K which helps in bones and other foods which contains recommended nutrients for the bones health .
