Greetings Fine Felines and Hoomans of Steemlandia!

It's my favorite day of the week — Saturday — and in case you didn't know it, Saturday means Caturday, that day of the week where we get to post cat pictures and people do so all over the world all over the Internet!

It's a BOX... with other boxes. What could be better than that?

We're having another sunny summer day around here, and it's a fairly quiet one with the Mom-Hooman being out of town to visit a friend, and the Dad-Hooman being busy paying attention to his fur friends, as well as doing a bunch of his "work."

I like to sleep in my improvised cat bed next to his desk.

Once upon a time, my sleeping spot was actually a filing cabinet drawer where the Dad-Hooman kept important paperwork, but a couple of years ago he put one of my soft fluffy beds up on it because he was tired of me being on the desk knocking papers down.

Seems to be a solution that has worked well for everyone! Sure he's not able to use the cabinet for his filing system anymore, but on the other hand I spend more time sleeping quietly and watching what he's doing from my bed, rather than walking across his keyboard!

It's definitely a win win situation!

Meanwhile, it's really nice to see our Steem token inching its way up.

Sure, 27 cents is still not a whole lot compared to some of the highs we've seen in the past, but at least we're not looking at a long slow decline anymore. Let's hope the upwards trend holds!

My fuzzy fluffy housemate Smudge is still happy and going about her business, in spite of being quite old. Her favorite room is the upstairs living room where she often lays on the leather Ottoman at the foot of a chair in front of our big windows that overlooks the backyard.

When it gets warm in the summer the Hoomans put a room fan in there to pull in cool air from the outside and she seems to like the bit of beeze, as well

Once again, I'd also like to encourage all Steemians who happen to have pets to make occasional posts about their furry or feathered friends! I know there is a huge number of people across the globe who keep pets in one form or another so why not share a little bit about them in a post?
