In this contest we need to share that what obstacles comes in ladies' life to achieve goals. Let's begin this post:

I am man but I genuinely think that womens are very strong in all aspects compare to mens. But society did not evaluate their skills, hard work and never respect their dreams. It was orthodox thinking that girl was born to get marry, give a birth of baby, be house wife and take care household work.

Now time is changed, and women are representing themselves in all fields like corporate office, film industry, teaching line where ever you can see, there are tons of successful women around you . It made it possible because of their hard work, skills, education and moreover trust which they have on themselves.

But to get achieve this position, still they face many obstacles in daily basis.

1. Family support Problem

Society expects too much from women and family expects same. I am not talking about all families but many of them don't support to their woman. If woman is married and husband is not co -operative so I must say this is one of worst and big obstacle of any woman. They will not be able to do anything .

So I advice to those husbands, family members that please support to your lady champ . She needs your support and if you will support them so their dreams can be fulfill because before to get into any relationship, she is woman and she has right to fulfill their dreams like any human does.

2. Eve teasing & Bad behaviour towards woman in Society.

Time has been changed but still women are not completely safe. They are working but they need to be more alert all time because in society there are many hidden black faces.

Women are working in corporate offices, call centers some times they need to travel in night also and this is most obstacle moment because woman are really afraid that what will be in next few minutes until they don't reach their home.

So we should educate to mens that how should we behave with women and always learn some ethics and respect to women. Because woman is wonderful creature of God and we are nothing without them.

3 . English speaking skills is another obstacles.

Yes you must be wonder but it is true . There are many women who are trained in particular skills but they don't pass interview because they are not fluent in English language.

English speaking is overcome on your skills because people don't judge what you have, people judge what do you show and how do you represent yourself. English Language is another obstacle according to me.

Solution is Speak up ! Yes if your family members don't support you so speak up and discuss on problem and share your thoughts and strategies that how will you manage your personal and professional life and ask them how will they add value in your life?

If you will speak up your problem, solution will be near around you.

Another part is that always update your self with latest skills for example..If you have learnt website designing course and you are working in office and there are always new updates come so always learn and connect with new updates so you will easily reach to top level accordingly your performance & skills.

If you are victim of eve teasing or something like that you had went through so learn some self defence move, it will surely help you in future in worst situation.

If I get a chance to do this so first I will join Steemit. Because I think I joined in 2022 and Steemit had been launched in 2016 so why did I not get to know about it otherwise I would have been in next level.

Second I will learn particular skills which help me to build my career. Now this time academic qualifications is not enough. You need to learn some skills to achieve your goals and positive results.

Well Women were strong and they are strongest 💪 now . They can manage all obstacles and hurdles. But Never compromise with your dreams. As I said above you can be anything like mother, wife, sister anyone but before this You are human and you have right to live according to your noms and rules.
