Greetings, Steemit friends. It’s another day to have a lookback on the kinds of personalities we possess. I want to thank @shifttitamanna for putting up this contest. The kind of personality we have is important. It’s one of the bases on which anyone interacts with us. We see more of this together. Shall we?

Personality is the bedrock of everybody. It is with someone is identified by. Personality is how someone is described to be like, her reputation, her kind of person he/she is, and the things likely to be done by that individual. The impression we give to others when relating with them is who they often think us to be. That is why we often get addressed the way we not only dress but relate with people.

A woman needs to have so many good qualities to make her personality a good one. As long as she has these good attributes, then her personality for sure is near perfect. A woman needs to be:

• Honest: “Honesty,” they say, “is the best policy.” This is one problem people are faced with, both male and female. But one who knows her worth should be able to stay true to self and to others. So many cannot be honest with people they interact with for fear of rejection.

They want to blend in with what they society wants even at the expense of their own happiness. No matter how hard a thing might be, we should be able to be honest, it pays.

• Hard working: Being hard working does not just keep one busy, it earns a lot of respect for that person. Hard work shows how serious one is with her job.

• Confident: A confident woman is a treasure. Any lady who can stand up to people and situations is as an amazing as anything. A woman is sure of what she does can defend anyone.

• Diligent: A diligent lady is independent and capable of taking care of her responsibilities. She is not lazy, nor give up so easily. She works hard to see her goals are achieved.

• Loving: Loving means accepting people for who they are, and seeing how you can be of help to them.

• Caring: another beautiful personality is to look out for others. Caring does not necessarily involve finances. It could be one’s time, smile, words of comfort, etc.

• Jovial: A lady should make time to laugh and joke with others. Having a good personality doesn’t mean one shouldn’t be contemporary. Make time to be fun.

• Stylish: This is important to earn more respect and have a nice personality. Appear cool is necessary, especially in the world of today. A moderate fashion sense is in fact, crucial to me.

To be more focused on my goals, and my social relationship with people. Be known for something is the whole essence of personality. And those things I want to be identified with, should be what one should be proud of.

There are lots of them. My mother is my number one role model as a woman. There are others in my life that have proven to me that having an attractive personality is basic. I like women that are not intimidated, but bold.

There are women that show support to others, are involved in their wellbeing, and even want to be involved in their future. These and more are the attractive personalities I like in women.

Personality is in fact, the persons we become. Nobody needs to be perfect to have a good personality. The thing is just that so many are dead to their conscience to know what they’ve done to hurt people. People should know us for who we are, not who the world wants us to become.
