SEC16W1: “It is Women’s Day!”
Hello lovelies, welcome to my blog. It is another wonderful moment to share my piece with us. This is another best way to start up the weekly engagement challenge in the community. Celebrating women and what they stand for shouldn't be a day's event but a continuum. Women represent a special place in all spheres of life.
Women's celebration have always been hyped vis-a-vis other International celebrations like men, youths, and young ladies. This is because of the important role they play. March 8th is another great moment to celebrate our woman again for the year 2024.
Celebrating the women in my life is a constant.w What else again can I do if not appreciate their wonders? Activities have already been on top gear for Women's Day preparation. There are a series of activities lined up for this event.
A pattern created by my church (Methodist Church) has made it memorable year in and out. On my way home from work, I had to drive down to the church where my partner and her fellow women in the church were practicing to pick her up. That was a surprise pickup for her as she wasn't expecting.
In celebrating the women, the church has mapped out some events that are uniquely tailored towards healthy competition. This includes a match pass practice which was actually what I met my partner doing yesterday in the churching premises.
Other activities organized include food competitions, coral speeches, and choir competitions. These are a main focal point for the competition this year. Other women in the various local circuits are expected to assemble in the arch-diocese headquarters today for this competition.
Engagements of this nature are to foster peaceful coexistence with their fellows in other local circuits and as well refresh them into having some sense of fresh breath within this period.
Investment in women is one idea that has continued to come to the table. There is a saying that says "Feed the woman to feed the nation". Women have always played a vital role in the economic, psychological, and social sectors and hence if empowered means that a greater number would be impacted.
I believe that another direct and impactful way of investing in women is by involving them in skill acquisitions or improving their agricultural practices through improved seedlings and mechanization. We know that anything given to a woman comes out multiplied.
Most of our women in the rural sector are into agricultural production and persistently barely cover household consumption. These can be improved through agricultural extension services where improved seedlings are provided to double up their yields, provision of fertilizers, and other supports.
Other women who engage in trade and services should be provided single-digit interest loans to enable them to expand their trades and as well pay off these loans.
We can also see some idle women who are best engaged by training them in their preferred skills. Therefore, skill acquisition is key for them to improve their capacities.

I think your proposal is great, every aspect for the welfare of women, even those who suddenly do not know what to do, have not discovered their talents and can engage in a fruitful activity.
It is important to support, many women today are entrepreneurs, professionals, we support each other and in this way it is easier to move forward and break with those obstacles in society.

Dear friend, you said to give low income loans to women in agriculture because women in villages are playing a very important role in agriculture. Yes, women maintain women's skills in agricultural activities. Whatever is given to women, women double it. Friend, we have the system you mentioned in Bangladesh. Various organizations in our country provide loans to women for agricultural income, thereby making women self-reliant. I have seen my mother take a loan from a company and spend money as a Vinayak in farming and profit. In that case it can be said that my mother is a successful entrepreneur woman.
