I believe it is high time the government regulate the activities of private with respect to payment. So many private schools are fond of either paying meagre amounts or delaying payments.

I love teaching like you but I decided to venture into my own business instead.

The mental and physical stress is not worth it.

It is sad that you have to face these things. I believe there are bodies established to protect the rights of employees like Ombudsman, etc.

Confirm these things and report this misconduct. You deserve a happy life devoid of abusive treatments and victimisation.
