On hearing the word lemon, the teeth start to ache and the mouth starts to water.

But at the same time, on hearing the word lemonade, there is a feeling of freshness, sweet sourness, coolness, both are deeply connected to each other. Both are incomplete without each other and in this scorching heat, they become an integral part of our life.

By the way, lemonade must be made in everyone's house. Yes, it is definitely possible that somewhere it is made several times a day, somewhere once a day, somewhere twice a week etc.

I would definitely like to share one thing and I also believe that no matter how good lemonade we make at home, no matter what spicy spice we add to the lemonade, whether we add less lemon, or less sugar or not, or add black or white salt, add ice or not.

But its taste is not like the lemonade of the market, the reason for this can be some secret recipe or market soda or something else.

But my own experience is that homemade lemonade is very tasty as well as clean and pure, we do not have to spend much money for it, but still we are more attracted towards the food items from the outside market.

The lemonade which is made at home for 20-24 rupees (about 1 steem) for four people, we pay 200 to 240 rupees (8-10 steems) in the market and after drinking it say that wow it was very good.

And if we get the same at home, then we just say that it was okay, a little more ice should have been added, a little salt or a little sugar or a little lemon etc. and instead of praising it, we find flaws in it.

So let us now know how lemonade is made. Well, there will hardly be anyone who does not know how to make lemonade. But we will accept that maybe he does not know how to make lemonade in my way.

So here I am telling you my special method, to make lemonade for two people, one lemon, sweetener of your choice, black salt, ice and soda water (easily available in the market, as most people drink alcohol with soda). Squeeze one lemon in two glasses of water, add sugar, ice, some salt and 300 ml soda water, lemonade prepared this way will be very tasty.

One more thing I would like to tell you is that we can also make lemonade powder, which is hassle-free. Mix citric acid, sugar, salt, baking soda and grind, by adding this mixture to ice water we can prepare lemonade instantly.

Now let's know the most important thing, the benefits of lemonade, it not only gives us coolness but also protects us from heat stroke. We must drink two to four glasses of lemonade a day.

We should take care of our health in this scorching heat. Because the first happiness of life is a healthy body, that is, when our health is absolutely fine, only then we can enjoy any food or beverage.

Lemonade fills us with freshness and makes us energetic, removes the deficiency of vitamin C in our body.

In summer, there is a deficiency of water, salt and glucose in the body and there is a possibility of dehydration, lemonade prepared in this way is a good way to protect the body from dehydration.

To increase its taste and freshness, if we add some mint leaves to the lemonade prepared in this way and drink it, then its taste will become even better.
