SEC16W1: “It is Women’s Day!”
Greetings!
Hello Everyone! How are you?I hope all of my sweet friends are happy and all are doing well to this wonderful platform. Today am here to participate in this wonderful community challenge that is organised by steem for ladies community to take a look on women's day. I am happy to write about on topic and explore new about this topic. So, let's start to writing on this topic.
Since we are close to celebrating International Women's Day this March 8, it is important to talk about the fundamental role that women play in the development of our society and it is quite shameful that at this point in the year 2024 in which we have already Given that humanity has made great progress in different aspects, it is still necessary to demand that human rights be guaranteed and the safety of women around the world be ensured.
It is true that today women have much more independence and autonomy, but nevertheless, there are still prejudices that discredit the abilities that women have to occupy certain job positions, so it is important that the business sector renews its policies and understands that Women have extensive capabilities and skills to make a great contribution to these companies.
Furthermore, another issue that is quite worrying for me is the high rates of abuse and feminicide that exist in many countries, this is something that must be paid close attention to and it is the governments that must mainly renew their policies and laws to control this social phenomenon and provide the greatest protection and guarantee of women's rights.
While this is happening, we must celebrate the beauty and strength of women, since we are warriors who never give up and who always have the greatest willingness to care for and protect everyone around us, it is necessary that all human beings We can live without feeling any fear and insecurity and erase that false idea that women are weak or inferior compared to men, there should no longer be differences due to our gender, but rather take advantage of the potential of each person.
