The moment I decide to pick the topic "Sunflower" to write this blog, I made a lot of search and collect informations about it more. Few common things I already know about sunflower is that, this flower is a happy flower and it named sunflower because it turned to the sun, bloom in the summer and the gorgeous yellow color of it can be compare with the sunshine and the middle part of it looks round like a sun. Seeds of sunflower has huge health benefits beside that sunflower oil has good use as cooking oil.

Now its time to think out of the box and talk more about sunflower and my personal feelings and views for this flower. Bees collect honey from almost all the flowers but a sunflower look more beautiful when bees collect honey from it. I find one photo too from pixabay and added the free image here. A sunflower field can be a good background for special photoshoots like couple can pose here or anyone whoever wants to have a naturally beautiful and gorgeous background in their photo.

The field of sunflower is rare in my country but It can be found more in European countries. In 15th century sunflower become popular as decorative flower because Spanish explorers brought back the seeds of sunflower to Europe and I find this when I was looking for more information about this beautiful and gorgeous flower. May be you already know that Sunflower has 70 species and it's scientific name is Helianthus and it belongs to daisy family.

The most impressive part of sunflower seed is that, it has health benefits like reducing inflammation, good for our skin, improve heart health, helps in weight loss and so on. Many people I know buy sunflower seeds and consume it for it's health benefits and it really good for our health naturally. No wonder that, in North America Sunflower plant consider as a crop not only as a flower plant. Sunflower plant is not only enrich the beauty as decoration flower but also can be useful in many ways.

All the facts about Sunflower you can find through the search on internet but its time to share my personal views or experiences with this flower. This is a flower and at the same time its a crop, this is pretty impressive about this flower. This flower doesn't contain heavy fragrance but still really very useful. In my country its not that common but few species of it enrich the beauty of our home garden or nurseries. The plants are tall and kids can play hide and seek in a Sunflower field. This plant is useful so many farmers use their lands specially to cultivate sunflower plans.

A sunflower field can be more useful for it's owner. If I had a sunflower field I would love to use it a good space for photo shoot and photos can be outstanding and awesome for several use. Sunflower field as decoration flower can enrich the beauty of specific area and when the theme is yellow for any party then this flower can play a great role to match the theme. The yellow soft petals of it can be use for several decoration. I love this flower and it is naturally gorgeous to me.

I wonder when I learn that sunflower oil can be use for making confectionery products. Already I talk about the health benefits of sunflower seeds but I missed to mention that the seeds also contain vitamins and minerals. It can help us increasing our immunity and fight against different kind of virus. A single sunflower head contains more that a thousand seeds. Sunflower welcome summer and represent the adoration, loyalty and longevity, also known as happy flower and can be best as a gift to our dearest one.
