As a woman I want to say that yes women work with their hearts and minds and you said it. Yes on women's day every thing is done to show respect to women and every day if a man tells his female family members how well they are and helps them with small tasks and gives them time to do their shopping sometimes and if they help the women to move freely then the women of that family Life will become beautiful. If every man thinks like this about women, then women will be able to prosper in life by doing business or job in addition to managing the house. But yes every man should provide good education to the women in his house. If women in every house can get education independently then an educated woman can form an educated society.
