Hello everyone, good morning to you all. Hope you all had a wonderful night? Welcome back to my blog. I'm so glad to participate in this contest titled "Photo of the week Contest" and in this week's edition, I will be sharing my picture in an Cultural outfit.

Culture is the people's way of life. My Country Nigeria is a Country blessed with different tribes and ethnic groups and this various tribes represents different cultural background and heritage. I'm currently undergoing the compulsory 1 year National Youth Service Corps program in Akwaibom State. One good thing about the program is that it promotes Unity in diversity.
During the program, graduates are sent to other tribes in my Country to serve their father land and this gives people the opportunity to learn other people's culture and way of life. The National Youth Service Corps program usually starts with a three weeks compulsory orientation program in Camp. I was posted to Akwaibom State and during my stay, we had alot of activities which promotes national Unity.
I got to gist and interact with people from different tribes and cultural heritage and it was fun. One of the activities I enjoyed during my stay was the cultural carnival. Different groups of people showcased different cultures in Nigeria regardless of where you're from. My group showcased the Gbegi culture from Delta State in Nigeria.
Other groups showcased different cultures like Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, Idoma, Igala, Ibibio, Efik. We also showcased different cultural food, hairstyle,food and dance.
