Contest | Attractive and yet Single
Good day steemians. Happy new year in advance. I am delighted to write about this all too interesting contest composed by our dearest steemians @ninapenda. Here are my views concerning this topic....
WHAT ARE THE SIDE ATTRACTIONS OF BEING SINGLE?
Being single definitely has its perks other than the supposed disadvantages often associated with it such as ending up lonely, developing depression and all that. Some of the good side of being single includes;
1. IT ALLOWS YOU TO CONCENTRATE, FOCUS AND DEVELOP ON YOURSELF:
Being single grants one the opportunity to discover who they are on a deeper level. It allows one the concentration and focus to prioritize their selves first and develop their selves to the best version they can possibly be so that when the time comes to settle down, they won't be a liability to their partner.
2. MORE TIME TO SPEND WITH FAMILY
Being a relationship can be time consuming as it requires you to put more time and effort into your partner and making such relationship work. Whereas single hood leaves you with enough time to hang out with your family and friends and get to have fun with your loved ones and the people who cherish you the most.
3. IT SPARES ONE FROM THE EMOTIONAL DRAMA ASSOCIATED WITH RELATIONSHIPS:

When one is in a relationship, no doubt there is bound to be some moments were there is fighting, quarrelling, feelings of insecurity or even heart break. Being single spares one from all those emotional trauma and allows you to live a more peaceful, stable and happy life.
4. IT ALLOWS ONE TO DEVELOP INDEPENDENCY
Being single enables one develop that sense of independency. It allows an individual to learn to rely and fend for one self without looking for someone else to depend on. It makes one self reliant, smart and capable of taking care of themselves.
DO YOU THINK A LADY OR A GUY IS THE CAUSE OF THEIR SINGLE HOOD?
Well yes. I believe life is a choice and if there is anyone out there that is single it's because, he or she wants to be. It could be that such person is not ready to be committed with someone. Or such Individual is not ready to handle the emotional hassles associated with relationships. Most people like the freedom associated with single hood and is not ready to be tied down to just one person so they choose to remain single. Whichever way, an individual is responsible for his/her single hood.

If you are hoping to get off singlehood, here are some tips to follow;
Be open to meeting new people. Keep an open mind, make friends and develop strong bonds that can eventually turn into a lasting relationship
Improve on your look. Make it a point to always dress decent, responsible and attractive. Your look tells a lot about who you are. No one wants to be associated with someone looking so irresponsible or unkept.
Be yourself. Don't try to be someone else in the hopes of pleasing others or finding a good partner. Always stay true to yourself, if its the right one it will come
BEING ATTRACTIVE, IS IT ALL ABOUT BEAUTY? JUSTIFY YOUR ANSWER
Being attractive is more than just beauty. For some people, individuals who are very smart or intelligent are considered very attractive in their eyes. However, beauty does play a major role in how attractive a person can be. And that is why I mentioned earlier to invest in your looks if you are hoping to get off single hood.
