We humans live together on earth. We live in a world where people are not completely healthy, they suffer from any disease. To prevent these diseases, we go to different types of hospitals or medical centers. People have to spend a huge amount of money in these medical or hospital. If there is a minor problem, a large amount of money has to be spent on medical treatment.

Our Bangladesh government has built some medical hospitals for the common people by spending an expensive amount of money. Government hospitals cost less. We are thankful to the government for this. Also, the government has built a small clinic for some of the poor and common people in our rural areas. We have about ten to twelve thousand villages in Bangladesh. The government has built one clinic in each area. These clinics are usually built in every area.

We get a wide range of services from these clinics. Especially the services we girls get from here are very important for all our bodies. The problems that we common people go to the clinic for counseling.

A woman is not allowed to do any kind of work when she is pregnant. If you are pregnant, you should not do heavy work, let alone any risky work.

All these signs are very dangerous for us so we have to be aware of them. During menstruation we suffer from weakness and some have frequent menstruation. Regarding family planning, our Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said that it is better to have one, not more than two children. In our village area, a man has five children from his wife. They struggle to take care of so many children, as a result of which the children indulge in various vices or suffer from malnutrition and then become homeless. In our rural areas, people's houses have less land. Villagers do not have to face these risks if they take proper advice from the doctor. The knowledge should be taken that the wife will not be able to give birth to unwanted children if she has sex with her husband. Family planning is a huge step. So we have to consider family planning in advance.
