All the materials I used to make it,

Step 1,
First I took some jute rope.

Step 2,
This time took a thick paper clip and glue.

Step 3,
Then round the thick paper and put the rope in a round shape.

Step 4,
Then I will attach the four sides with glue so that the rope is set well.

Step 5,
After fitting the entire tata, cut the paper around and make it the same size as the nib rope.

Step 6,
Poor thing it looked a little empty to me when it was done. So I tried to make some designs with some paint on it.

Step 7,
Then I painted some flowers with red and green colors using paint brush. In this, the appearance of the tray is more beautiful.

Step 8,
Then when my tray drawing was complete I shared this picture with you.

Step 9,
Then I took water in a small mini glass and placed it on the glass and decorated it.
