Bonding in Relationship is a form of understanding and getting to know your partner.
Bonding has to do with emotions, trust and many more which i will like to share with us.

Strengthen bonds in a relationship is very important because the both individuals get to spend time together, explore so many things together which includes;

• Regular Communication can strengthen bond in a relationship because there is room for both parties to speak up, say their minds and many more. communication doesn't only mean phone calls but entail telling your partner what you want, how you feel and many more.

• Appreciate each other helps to strengthen bonds. it means you are happy with what you're partner does and you require it to be done often because you are happy with each other.

• Going on holidays or vacation is one way to strengthen bonds in your relationship because its just the both parties involved free from friends and family members.

• Cooking together: as couples when the both parties spend time in the kitchen trying out different recipe and ideas together, teaching and learning from one another helps to strengthen the bond between the two individuals.

• Setting goals together; this helps to strengthen bond between couples because they set goals and objectives for themselves, they set a target and walk together to ensure that it is achieved together.

• Go on dinner dates and outings

• Pray and study the word together

• Share opinions and ideas which includes disagreement because its not all the time that both couples will be on the same page. there must be divers opinion and ideas that leads to argument which makes them understand themselves together .

• Being Responsible.

• Spending quality time together.

• Complementing each other.

• Simple Act of service could also strengthen relationships.

Yes i have been in a relationship and i am still in a relationship.

What makes my relationship work is that

• Am open to my partner. i don't hide Important things for him that i need him to know.

• I tell him about my were about, were i am per time and were am going to. he knows my were about at any given point in time same thing with him.

• I always apologies wether am at fault or not for peace to reign in case of any misunderstanding.

• I always communicate with him. i tell him what i like and what i don't like my dos and don't

Strengthening bond is applicable to both parties and not one person.
Relationship is the coming of two parties from different backgrounds, ethnicity, tribe and religion. so in other for things to work out perfectly the both individuals need to work together

They both need to set out standards, share ideas, rub minds to make things work out perfectly....

when it is only one person doing everything putting effort to make things work it becomes a burden reason being that you don't know if the other person is happy with what you're doing or angry and you will just be left in the dark and this could be a Red Flag in such relationships.

In other for a relationship to work and be successful there must be efforts from both parties as one person can take up the burden alone. you need another person to be a helper and sustainer.

well i will say there is no perfect relationship anywhere. we are all imperfect individuals working towards perfection..

But then a relationship Can be said to be perfect in the sense that;

• Both parties establish and understand the importance of communication.
• Both parties apologize in times of misunderstanding.
• Both parties respect each other especially in public.
• Both parties care for each other.

A relationship is said to be imperfect when it is filled with:

• hatred amongst the couples.
• Jealousy.
• Disrespect.
• Maltreatment and Domestic violence.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion i will say love is not enough to keep a relationship but then once there is a strong bond between the both parties then the relationship is heading to the direction of being perfect.
