Tell your story#6(school)
Hello steemians hope everyone's day was great, well mine was very stressful and I'm very tired now, we went to the farm to harvest groundnut, OMG it was really stressful because it has been long since I went to the farm, the worse part of it all is that rain fell while we were still at the farm, I just wanted to blog on steemit small before going to bed.
My friend decided not to go to school again, she said she does not want to go to school ever that she would prepare to learn a trade than go to school, I tried talking about how important education was and how it would help her but she refused to listen she said it was the best thing to do.
She said her decision has already been made and there's a good reason why she would quit school, I asked her what the reason was and she just gave some weird reasons that I do not think are true but I still talked some sense into her and she said she would give it a thought.
The next day she came visiting in my house and I asked her what her final decision was and she said she has decided to continue with school, I was very excited when I heard the news, I gave her a hug and told her how happy I was also now we can be going to school together everyday.
Soon after she wrote the West African Examination Council (WAEC) I became happy that finally I had changed her mind and finally she was able to change her mind to continue schooling, and now both my parents and hers are very excited and proud of me that I was the only person who could change her mind and I didn't disappoint them.
Especially my parents they were so very excited and proud of me, later it was the other way around, I almost refused to continue schooling, I had no genuine reason for refusing to continue school but after my momma talked some sense into me I was able to continue schooling.
What I learnt from this past experience was that I should be able to speak to my parents about anything that might be disturbing me, I don't have to hide it from them because they are my parents and would always want the best for me, I also learnt that no matter who you are you need to believe in yourself because when you do, others will also believe in you, I ran away from home because I didn't want to go to school but now I understand, that is the worse decision I had taken, but thank God I listen to my momma.

The story of our school is full of memories of our childhood, no doubt that moment is the special time of our life when we read, study and live our childhood life with a lot of love. That those are the special moments of our life that we spend in the school story
