My mother always said that pain is a terrible thing... it will eat you up!
She was right. It doesn't matter if it is mentally or physically; if you don't pay attention, the pain that you are feeling is going to come second.

Mothers are always right...But pains is terrible feelings or should I say terrible situation that humans being need to avoid
