Today in front of you I have made my own Saturday at home, which I am sharing in front of you today. I would like to say a lot of thanks to the Steam for Ladies community for this contest. So friends, let me start my recipe today.

And everyone is learning to cook by watching the recipes. Today I am sharing with you the recipe to make Sev Usal. Which I have made at home.

red chili3 teaspoons
turmeric powder1 teaspoons

SEV USAL RECIPE

Today we will make Spicy Sev Usal which we love to eat anytime. This recipe is such that we can eat it anytime for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. To make sev usal, I have taken green peas and potatoes here. Now we will keep the water in a cooker for heating. After the water is at home, we will put green peas and potatoes in the water. And close the lid of the cooker. We will wait until 5 whistles. After 5 whistles, we will open the lid of the cooker and see. After the peas and potatoes are cooked well, we will take them out in a vessel.

  • Now we will fry the peas well. But keep in mind that we do not have to grind too much. We do not have to fry the peas too much. So that if we put sev in it, peas should be visible. Only by this will you enjoy eating sev usal.

  • Now we will take 2 onions to put in the sev pot. Which we will chop finely. Then we will take green coriander. We'll cut that too. We will take 5 spoons of ginger-garlic paste to put in the sev usal.

  • Now we will take 7 spoons of oil to make sev usal, which we will put in a vessel to heat. When the oil becomes hot, we will put chopped onion, ginger, and garlic in it.
  • Now take red chili, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt in a dish. Then we put all the spices that we have put onion and ginger-garlic. Mix it well and let it stay for a while.

  • Now we will put some water. We will take gram flour and sev usal masala to put in sev usal. We will rub gram flour well by putting it in water. So that gram flour is not visible in the sev usal. Then we will add the masala of sev usal and the peas and potatoes that we had first fried, we will mix all the things in the prepared masala.

Now our sev usal is ready. Now we will cut green onions on a plate. We will put lemon juice and a little red chili in it. And take out the sev in a plate and keep it. We will take out the sev in a bowl. Then we will put chopped green onions in it.
