Who are those set of people that sidelined women then, was it that women were not capable of handling strategic positions or it was a hate on the gender. I would want to use this opportunity to appreciate women. I'm a woman i can proudly tell the whole world that women are extraordinarily powerful.
I remembered the day I traveled leaving my children with my husband, it was done on him how I was managing with the children and doing other work.
There's no doubt and limitations on what women can do, they should be fully involved in any position both at the government level and around the society.
Women are very determined set of people who can go extra mile to achieve a goal . Women should not be seen as weaker vessels, in any Conner you must see a woman who is hardworking, in other to see what these women are made of, involve them in any activity the result they will bring out will be amazing.
To celebrate women we must appreciate them by supporting whatsoever they are doing. As husband's, brother or even uncle, that woman around you needs your motivation to keep pushing your little praise of Weldon can go a long way.
Finding time to pamper the woman in your life is a way of showing concern for all the work she has been doing.
Getting some gifts on her graduations, anniversaries or even birthdays shows you care for that woman around you.
Investing in women.
Investing in any woman's life is like an investment that doubles as time goes, when you equip a woman you are building a bright future for the world.
There are women out there who are doing well but have no help, if these set of people are reached out by empowering them the empowerment will yield interest. Because they will use it to train up professionals of different field.
Some women does not have access to formal education due to where the society has kept them. We should raise up to sensitize these women about the importance of education and encourage them to get involved.
Organising a free seminar for women, telling them to be the champions they are created to be without the spirit of inferiority complex is a good investment.
Truly women are super and need to be celebrated, lets raise up and support each other, everyone should see her self as a super hero . Speak out and let your voice be heard. We have the potentials to do wonders and we can't do them excellently with a bias mind. We all need one another to achieve our goals.

But let me tell you, as a woman, I proudly agree with you that women are extraordinarily powerful! I remember a time when I traveled and left my children with my husband.
It was an eye-opener for him to see how I managed with the children while handling other responsibilities. There are no limits to what women can do. They should be fully involved in any position, whether it's in government or within society. Women are incredibly determined and can go the extra mile to achieve their goals. They should never be seen as weaker vessels. In every corner, you'll find hardworking women who are capable of amazing things.
To celebrate women, it's important to appreciate and support them. As husbands, brothers, or uncles, we can motivate and uplift the women in our lives. A simple word of praise or a small gesture can go a long way. Taking the time to pamper the women in our lives shows our concern for all the work they do. And let's not forget special occasions like graduations, anniversaries, or birthdays, where getting them thoughtful gifts shows how much we care. Women deserve all the love and support we can give.

I do not doubt in my mind the fact that women are super and they need more recognition. I have two ladies in my life, my wife and daughter, who are both at the top of situations.

Women are amazing beings, I totally agree with you when you said that they should be giving opportunities in Government, empowered and giving the opportunity to go to school. Through this means, their voices would be heard in the society.
