Hi @tripple-e, it is true that snack is a mediator between hunger and food. But did you know that a lot of people depend solely on snack to feed. I have a cousin who feed only on snack as food, she doesn't like cooked food. I know you love snacks because from that angle you are coming from, you don't cook food 🤣. Success to you.
