I agree that men are dramatic especially when they are sick, that is their only avenue to act up. That was a big drama even though you never meant it. At some point in our lives, we act a drama without noticing. We don't know when we do them but it is a drama so I can say that you are dramatic in nature.
Sharing our sick moments could be a little relieving.
