It's good to know the person you amire being good at something is Elon musk, despite that Elon musk is one the reaches man in the world he also have something special upstairs that can also make others reach too.
It is only through listening, reading, and time management that you can learn new skills.
You have said it all @patjewell having these three things will help one learn as fast as possible and achieve anything you wish to achieve.

Elon is one of a kind. I love him too bits. I just wish he would do more for his country of birth which is also mine, South Africa.
