The Diary Game #49: Share Your Day With Us! || 17-07-2024 || A day I was privileged to make a dress for a customer

Greetings my beloved beautiful steemians across the globe, it's another beautiful day for us to be grateful to God for His loving kindness towards us. That's why I am here once again to participate in this amazing dairy contest organized by our dear community @steemladies, thank you for always giving us this opportunity to unwind ourselves on daily basis.

Introduction

I will be telling you so many things that happen with me throughout yesterday, all my activities both in words and in pictures, so please kindly be patient with me as you read to the end and I believe you will enjoy it, thanks 🙏.

I woke up early as usual at about 5:30am and I did my morning prayer immediately, then arranged my room and lay my bed because my bed is always the center of attraction in my room so I always prioritize it so well by making sure its always in a good shape and form every minute.

After then I went and brushed my teeth, took my bath before I stepped into the kitchen to prepare food that I will eat for breakfast and also take for my lunch.

For my lunch I cooked rice and packed it for my lunch, then prepared my tea, bread and pears for my breakfast.

After I was done with the breakfast, I carried my work bag and off I left to work.

I got to the shop and I was told there are so many clothes to deliver today as the owners were coming later in the day to get them so we have to be focus on working on them.

Why I was also given a dress to make was because my madam saw me wearing one of the cloth I made for myself and she was impressed that I have really gone far in the space of three weeks I started learning.

That was how I started with my own dress that I was given. It wasn't an easy thing ooo, I didn't even know where to start from but because I was determined to learn and work, I was able to make it right with the help of my senior colleague.

So I started working on it gently, I encountered so many challenges and difficulties, whenever I came across it, I will fall back to my senior for corrections, and thank God she is always ready to show me the eight thing to do.

Before you knew it I was done with the dress, it wasn't easy when I started it at first but I was glad that it came out clean, neat and perfect.

Afternoon Session

After putting the dress on a mannequin for showcasing, I wanted to eat because I was already hungry during the process of making that dress but I said to myself, I must finish with this dress before I eat anything.

As we were done eating, there was another cloth she wanted to sew and I have to see how it will be mark and cut.

After the cutting, she now started sewing it, while I helped her do the ironing when it was necessary, though she didn't finish the sewing because it was already time for our closing.

Evening Session

As I got back home, I quickly made food and ate and prepared for my online class that I normally have every Wednesday by 7pm.

After eating I still had about few minutes time to relax before my class commence. It was really an interesting class that yesterday because I had so many questions in mind to ask my instructor concerning the assignment we were given to submit as a group, it was a complicated assignment, and as the group leader alot is expected of me, so I needed more highlights to go about it.

After the class ended, I remember that I wanted to buy bread and paste since the one at home has finished.

I went to one of the nearby supermarket with my neighbor's daughter to buy the items, since she was in my room waiting for her mom to return from market.

After picking the two items I wanted, I went and make payments at the cash point, then I left back to the house.

As for the paste, this product isn't actually my favorite, though I've used it sometime ago, since I didn't see my favorite paste so I had to pick this one, I pray it is good on me because the last time I used it I can't remember if I did like it or not, so this time around I will try and observe it within 3 -5 days to see the outcome.

As I got back home, I took a warm shower since the weather wasn't friendly at all and I call it a day.
