Introduction
As we all know that online platforms support many of our daily activities in our daily routine. Online platform has made our life extremely easy. I think online is also a different world. We use them for different activities like shopping, money transition, entertainment and many other things.
What role does online platform play in our life?
In the earlier life when the world wasn't so advanced, I always thought how difficult people's lives would be because I can't even imagine my life without the internet and online platforms. It has made our daily life so easy that we can do our shopping at home and also do our personal shopping. Then it also handles our daily money transactions through which I also pay my household electricity and gas bills.
Online also provides us with all the social apps like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, twitter games, and many other entertainment like movies, songs, Dramas and much more.
Which is our daily use rather our every minute use.
Advantages of online
If i talk about the benefits, it has countless benefits which I can't even count at this time. If we have any talent, whether it is drawing, art, Jewelry making, stitching clothes and whatever it is, we can use it to start our own small business sitting at home. I have often seen young girls doing small businesses on the platforms of Tik Tok and Instagram. When the corona era came, everything was closed and all schools, colleges and universities were closed at that time online played a very important role in the education. Language courses are also mostly online because teachers continue their teaching from different countries.

Now a days people are making a lot of money from trading and there are many earning platforms. For me personally, this is very beneficial because I have been working on Steemit for a long time and this is my source of income. At the same time, it keeps us connected to each other, we all belong to on Steemit in different countries and still here we all work and have good friendship with each other and also help each other. We can work on it with our daily activities and original content.
Disadvantages of online
Online gaming has as many advantages as there are disadvantages. The biggest disadvantage is online gaming because young children are more addicted to gaming in now a days. Due to this, they has completely lost their focus from Future.
Online scams also happen a lot with people.
My experience is, this happened to me too, before coming to Steemit platform I invested a lot in many platforms and lost my money there. And this has happened to many of my friends. Also, people on social media present themselves as they are not in their real life. On this basis they establish friendship with each other and that is why today's generation is being cheated.

I grew up without internet.
Instead of gazing at a screen we played outside and did boardgames.
We went outside to do our groceries, met and greeted people and had time for a chat. We didn't live in a world filled with plastic.
On Wednesdays the man who sold cheese, eggs and chicken drove through our street. We could see the quality.
Milk/diaries were delivered in glass bottles daily. The bakery delivered on Saturdays.
We went to the.cinema, theatre, people sang if they were outside or doing the house chores.
Paying bills wasn't complicated at all. I doubttime is saved since no one has time for a visit or chat. I even see that on #Steemit. 80% of the comments are never answered, it's about posting and leaving. Not even free upvotes are given. All I hear is 'I am busy'.
People today miss peace of mind, have a hard time tofocus on what is written, are always bored and still in a hurry. It sounds odd to me how much we did, way more, than people today with all the help and online info.
I did not deny that life was not good without the Internet. Life was quite natural at that time and i have also enjoyed this time. It's just that life is quite easy with the internet because the internet provides so many facilities.
80% of people don't respond but there are 20% of people who talk nicely.

You made it sound as if we had no life by saying you had no idea how we lived. By now I think life was better, more social. Today many complain about being lonely, lack of friends, there are more and more depressions. It's clearly hard to switch off the computer and phone.
Kind of sad.
