The diary game/23 july 2024 /How i spent my day

INTRODUCTION

Good day, ladies and gentlemen, How are you all? I hope you are all fine. If so, thanks be to God.
I want to share with you how I spent my day, and I hope you will enjoy reading it.

I woke up this morning around 5:00 and I was so tired, so I had to sleep back in order to regain some strength.

waking up again around around 8:00, I had regained my strength, so I got out of the room and started doing my house chores.

I start sweeping and whasing: I swept the house and also the compound, then after that, I start washing the plate, and then I retire to the kitchen to make the breakfast because it was my turn to cook. We were to take moi-moi and pap (beans cake and extracted flour from maize) that morning, so I start with soaking the beans, and when they soften, we have to wash them in order to remove the back, and then grind them into a thick liquid and then mix them with the ingredients and put them into tiny cups or plates for cooking.

Place them on boiling water and cook for about 50 minutes, and then your delectable moi-moi is done for serving.

You can cook them with eggs, fish, or even meat (any one of your choice), and then I made the pap with hot water, and when I was done with the cooking, I served the family: my mom, dad, and my siblings, and then I took mine after brushing my teeth.

Then, after taking my breakfast, I went to have some rest, but unfortunately I slept off. Upon waking up around 2:00, my sister started preparing our lunch.

We were to have yam and stew, and my sister prepared a very delicious stew, which we enjoyed, and after that, we started preparing to go to our aunt's shop. She has invited us to come so that we will help her care for her baby. Her shop was not that far from our house, so we have to track

After the preparation, we set off for our journey.

We were fast, so we didn't spend much time on the road. When we arrived at the shop, she welcomed us warmly and offered us some drinks.

I carry the baby, take some pictures, and we stay there for like 2 and a half hours, then we depart for our own house, biding them goodbye.

we reach our house around 5:00 in the evening

,so we start preparing for our dinner it was "okoro soup" (our vilage local soup):so

we start with washing and cuting of the okoro into slice picece and after that we put the pot on fire ,pour some water in it in order boil ,when the water was a bit hot you pour in the ogbono (the extract from ugiri tree) that will make the soup to draw and also thicken ,then after 5mins you will then put in remaining the ingredent like ; salt , pepper caryfish, fish , stock fish,meat(any one of your choice) and other ingredent the leave it to cook about 8 mins and then add the slice okoro and the vegetable and cook for only 5mins the you delious okoro soup is ready to be serve . You can serve it with any cassava flour of your choice.

Then the food is ready to be served, I serve my family and take mine, take my bath and retire to bed, open my Steemit page, read some posts, and start writing mine.
