(My Charcoal and Pencil Sketches)

Hello Everyone!

Firstly, I would like to thank the @Steem For Ladies community for organizing a challenge post that focuses on women’s power. I truly appreciate the community for bringing such a topic to the table, as every person can relate to and understand women’s rights and power. After all, everyone is linked to one or more women in their lives. So, it is better to understand and respect them for who they are.

In my opinion, every person should invest in every other person as a human first and there should be no gender role coming in between. And, when talking about women, I feel the biggest blessing and investment you can do for her is to just let her be herself. Let her be “Soft, Sensitive, Gentle, Caring, Kind and Nurturing” because that’s what makes her more of a woman. If you try to take away her sensitive, soft, kind nature just so that she can “survive” in this world, then you are essentially telling her to stop being a woman :-p. Sounds funny, right? But it’s true. So, think before commenting and judging any woman in your life. I think this is a great way to celebrate her. Not your conventional advice, but it would surely go a long way.

Look, we need to accept the fact that men and women are different physiologically but both should be treated equally in terms of rights and opportunities in life. You shouldn’t tell her what to do and what not to do as a woman because she has a right to choose what she wants to choose and what she wants to do in her life. Don’t question her and say things like, “You are soft and sensitive… how will you handle your job and family or survive in such a chaotic world?” Her softness, and sensitive and nurturing nature is her superpower, not her weakness. So, please stop making women feel that she is weak… she is not. This will be the biggest blessing for a woman if people in this world stopped making us “women” feel weak or inferior. And, of course, accept and appreciate her for who she is and what she brings along with her.

We women don’t want to compete with men, we just want to be treated equally in terms of opportunity, rights, and respect. That’s all a woman needs to fly high in life. Thank you.

Lastly, I would like to invite @inspiracion, @goodybest, and @aaliarubab to participate in this challenge post.

Hello friend, Absolutely, I couldn't agree more. Embracing and celebrating each other's humanity should always come first, regardless of gender. When it comes to women, allowing them the freedom to be their authentic selves is paramount. Society often imposes narrow definitions of strength and success, but true empowerment lies in honoring and cherishing the qualities that make each woman unique. Being soft, sensitive, gentle, caring, kind, and nurturing are not weaknesses; they are the essence of womanhood. Suppressing these qualities in the name of survival diminishes not only women but also the richness of human experience. Let's champion diversity, acceptance, and the beauty of being true to oneself. Good luck 👍👍

Hey! I am glad you feel the same. I wish everyone could understand that being soft, sensitive, caring and kind are not weaknesses. And, that they are the essence of womanhood like you said.

Hello🤗 most men think we are weak but actually we are very strong and the proof is there, professional women, mothers who bring their children forward...even ministers, presidents...don't be fooled in our sensitivity is our strength as you mention, it doesn't weaken us but quite the opposite 😄👍.

Greetings,
I couldn't agree more. We should see each other as human beings first and foremost, without letting gender roles get in the way. When it comes to women, the best thing we can do is let them be themselves. Embracing their softness, sensitivity, kindness, and nurturing nature is what truly makes them who they are. Trying to strip away those qualities just so they can "survive" in this world is like telling them to stop being a woman, and that's just silly, isn't it? So, before we comment or judge any woman in our lives, let's think about the impact of our words.

Celebrating her means accepting and supporting her choices, not imposing our own expectations on her. Men and women may be different physically, but they should be treated equally in terms of rights and opportunities. It's important not to question or limit a woman's choices based on her gender. Her softness, sensitivity, and nurturing nature are her superpowers, not weaknesses. Let's stop making women feel weak and instead recognize their strength. That would truly be a blessing for women all around the world.

Saludos estimada amiga, que gran publicación. Ciertamente hombres y mujeres somos diferentes anatomica y fisiologicamente, mas el trato debe ser respetuoso y en equitativas condiciones y oportunidades. Éxitos, saludos cordiales.

Hi @manisha.jain9

I hope you are well and enjoying your daily life. If I read your post, I love that you wrote about women and especially about a mother. There is a very important role in our life, she is the one who gives birth to us, she takes care of us and she takes care of us, she grows us up and there can be no person like mother, so our role model should always be our help and you are absolutely. It is well written that even in the right of moments we should speak and celebrate
