I am glad to see all my steemians friends here again. I hope you are all in good health. I am very healthy as well. I thank the organiser of this contest @shiftitamanna for coming up with this topic "Woman and their Personalities season 2."
I hope to give my own views about the personalities of a woman.

What is your understanding of “personality”?

My understanding of personality is about someones behavior and the kind of life he or she is living. Positive moral character is termed good personality and negative moral character is termed bad or evil personality.

The way people see and rate you determines if the quality of your personality is good or bad. People gets to know the personality of a person through interactions, attitude and moods towards other people. Some personality are inherited and some are acquired.

What should be the personality of a woman?

•A woman should look good in dressing with modesty at all times. It encourages and attract others to her.

•A woman should be intelligent and smart and should be able to navigate various professionals settings easily and proficiently.

•A woman should at all times show respect and responsibility in her behaviour and communication. This will command respect also to you.

•A woman should create an atmosphere of peace, love, and healthy environment for her home.

•Most importantly, a woman should have the heart of forgiveness, and be humble.

How can you increase the value of your own personality as a woman?

Building Trust

I will add value to my personality by being truthful to my words and giving my 100% to whatever i commit myself in doing.

Being Independent

Working hard and managing my finances helps me build my self esteem. I don't like depending on anyone for my happiness. I love it when i am eating from my sweat, and also reaching out to the needy.

Good Listerner

Giving a listening ear to people that believes in you, adds value to your personality. I believe that before someone comes to confide in you, he or she needs your advice, and must have trusted you to deliver some words of advice to him or her.

Being Genuine

Remaining in my inherent nature is my topmost priority. I cannot fake who i am to impress anyone. I can only adapt accordingly, but does not change my authentic personality.

Is there a woman in your life who has an attractive personality that inspires you?

The personality that inspires me in my mother is her humility to her husband. I have never seen my mother talk back at my father before when he was alive. I really want to have this kind of personality. I believe that act alone was the source of peace in her home.

My Pastor's wife also inspires me. If you are under her teaching, you will want to be like her. She is well versed.
Accepting people's imperfections when a matter is brought to her table inspires me also. She doesn't look down on them nor judge them. Instead she encourages them, nurture them to be a better version of themselves.

She taught me what is called open rebuke. There are attitudes you can rebuke openly for the person not to repeat it again. If she warned you of that attitude, but you refused to change, she will openly rebuke that attitude in you. That's when people see it as an embarrassment without knowing that you have been warned.

In conclusion, everyone has their unique personality which is inherited or acquired, and can be developed and change as you age. Inculcating positive personality adds value to you as a woman.
