Special Recipes; Ikan Sale Tepeuleumak

Today I'm back with a new recipe, a recipe that has ingredients that can be stored for a long time and has many health benefits. I publish this special recipe to all steemian friends who also want to cook the same menu and are just learning to cook.
As I said some time ago, I will present the Ikan Saleu Tepeuleumak recipe. Fish Sale Tepeuleumak is a typical Acehnese food which is often cooked when fish are abundant. Sale is a natural smoking process using charcoal or firewood. Fish Sale is fish that is smoked for several hours until it is completely dry and can be stored for several months.
Let's we see, let's just follow me to the end, hopefully it's useful..
Materials and Tools;
Ground spices; |

- 4 cloves of red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 dried chilies
- 1 tbsp coriander
- ½ segment of turmeric
- 8 pieces of cayenne pepper
- ½ segment ginger
- sunti acid
Main Ingredients; |

- ½ kg Fish sale (I use catfish)
- 1 coconut
- salt to taste
Chopped ingredients; |
---|
- ½ ounce of green chilies
- 2 potatoes
How To Make It;
- wash the sale fish thoroughly then marinate with salt and a little lemon zest then let stand 15 minutes.
- While waiting for the marinade, take all the ground spices and then grind them.
- Take the chopped ingredients then cut into small pieces
- Prepare what has been marinated in a pan then take the potatoes, green chilies and basil leaves and put them in the sale fish container.
- Take the ground spices then also put them in the same pan.
- take the coconut then grate it and take the coconut milk and also pour it into a pan. Don't forget to add the lemon grass.
- turn on the fire and cook while stirring several times, check the potatoes, if they are soft it means that the gravy is cooked. Correct the taste and if it's right, turn off the heat and serve.

Fish Sale has various types of fish, these differ in various regions, there are catfish, cork, fatin fish, moon fish, and even eels. Sale fish contains many health benefits such as healing internal wounds, preventing heart disease, boosting immunity, and strengthening body immunity.
Therefore, fish sale usually consists of types of fish that contain many health benefits, especially internal medicine. So sale fish can be consumed by anyone and can be processed into other delicious dishes such as rendang sale fish, tocho sale fish, onion chili sale fish, stir fry sale fish, and spicy sour sale fish.

Waduh....keduluan postingan Ibuk nih. Saya udah siapin tema ikan sale teupeuleumak dari mulai proses tangkap ikannya, siangin, asapin sampe masak dan dihidangkan namun karena kondisi kesehatan belum memungkinkan, maka terpaksa dipending....🤭
